With years of experience climbing the professional ladder and working in senior roles, I understand the challenges of building a successful career. I remember doubting myself and convincing myself I wasn’t good enough for certain roles even though I was often overqualified.

As a deputy CEO, I faced imposter syndrome, sitting in my office thinking, “I can’t do this.” But I could—and I did.  I wasted precious time on negative thinking and wish I knew then what I do now.
